Co-Working

Q: What types of memberships do you offer?

A: Choose between our Community Membership (four co-working day passes per month) and our full Co-Working Membership (full access to the space Monday through Saturday, 7 am- 6 pm). See each package's offerings here

 

Q: Do you have private office spaces available? 

A: Our private office spaces are currently wait-list only. Please email grow@smalltownstartup.com to be added. Private office spaces require proof of renter's insurance.

Q: Do you have day passes?

A: Day passes are available for $25 each.

Q: I need a room to set-up and work in.

A: Our designated desks allow for...?

 

Q: What if I just want to rent a space?

A: Our classroom rental rate is $35 an hour. Creative spaces (podcast studio, photography studio, & editing bay) are $40 an hour. You must be a co-working member to utilize the conference room. 

Pop-Up Shops

Q: What is a pop-up shop?

A: Pop-up shops are incubator spaces rented for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of one year. 

Test run a new idea with a shopfront, utilize office space to launch a new business, or take advantage of our prime downtown location to jumpstart your dream!

Q: What's included in a pop-up lease? 

A:

  • Retail or office space on first floor with WiFi and utilities included

  • One key fob (additional key fobs for $25 each)

  • Unlimited use of co-working space, with up to 12 hours per month of our rentable spaces (creative studios, conference room, classroom)

  • 1 ticket per class hosted by Small Town Startup

  • One hour of mentorship each month

  • One headshot by Smile, Darling Photography (additional headshots are $20 each)

  • Access to all networking events

  • Option to add digital marketing package for $450/month (excludes real estate companies)

 

Q: Do I need insurance or a business license to open?

A: We require both renter's insurance and a business license in order to lease a pop-up space. 

Q: Will the traffic in the pop-up shops bother co-working members?

A: All pop-up shops are located on the first floor, allowing co-working to continue undisturbed on the second floor!
